Privacy Policy

DodecaDev LLC (“DodecaDev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this Site. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or use the Site, and how it’s used.

Information you provide

When you use the contact form, we collect whatever you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus company name, preferred contact method, and phone number if you provide them. We use this only to respond to your inquiry — to follow up about a potential project. We don’t add you to a mailing list or share this information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Information collected automatically

The only client-side storage we use by default is your browser’s local storage, to remember two preferences you set yourself: light/dark theme and whether you’ve paused the background animation. Neither is sent to us or to anyone else — it stays on your device. If you accept the cookie prompt shown on your first visit, Google Analytics also sets its own cookies to track usage — see “Analytics” below. Declining that prompt, or never responding to it, means none of that happens.

Third-party services

Analytics: if you accept the cookie prompt, we use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and how you found the Site. This only runs if you accept it; declining (or changing your mind later via “Cookie preferences” in the footer) means it’s never loaded, and no analytics cookies are set. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google itself handles this data, and Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on if you’d like to opt out across every site that uses it, not just this one.

Spam protection: contact form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service. Cloudflare may process some technical information (such as your IP address and browser characteristics) to complete this check. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for details on how they handle that data.

Email delivery: submitting the form sends its contents to our inbox at contact@dodecadev.com.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and any resulting email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, for the duration of that engagement and a reasonable period afterward for our own records.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete any information you’ve sent us by emailing contact@dodecadev.com. We’ll honor that request unless we have a legitimate business or legal reason to keep it (for example, an active contract or invoice).

Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking software development services, not children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
